This recent body of work is titled, ‘If you go Down to the Woods Today’… These whimsical and otherworldly polymer clay sculptures are intended to evoke dreams and myths and the desire to escape to a world of one’s own making. These artworks represent my unique vision of a fantasy world of nature, capturing extravagant forms, colors and patterns derived from the natural world we live in. Made from polymer clay and wire, each piece features unique colour blends and polymer clay cane work, there is no paintwork applied to these sculptures.
